While the above is true, and both parties are probably happy the rule is in place, it is the Bush campaign that was pushing for the rule of no cutaways to the candidate not answering the question this go round so don't blame that one on the "Libs" -- I'm sure there are many other stupid debate rules that you can blame on them.
