Ok, I just replaced my clutch, flywheel, and slave cylinder. That was three weeks ago. The car drove great. I drove the car about 300 miles to Atlanta for NOPI. Drove fine friday night, and sat morning. When I went to leave the show I had no clutch pedal. It went straight to the floor. Bleed it and was able to drive about 20 miles. The fluid was running straight through the slave cylinder. I had a local shop check it out and they replaced the the slave cylinder. As soon as they put it together and checked it out the slave cylinder blew again. Any ideas on what could've caused this? Ford said that I need another new clutch. They wanted 1600 dollars to install it. Needless to say the car is sitting in my driveway waiting for a clutch. I have the clutch but am afraid to install and have the same problem. Sorry about the book and thanks for any help.

I don't understand how a new clutch is going to prevent a slave cylender from popping. Maybe a different pressure plate, possibly, but not a new clutch

it bleeds fine and after it blows it leaks out pretty quick. But I guess it wouldn't hurt to flush it out. I will blow some air in there.

Don't blow any air...blowing air can pose a biger problem...especialy since the Fluid the clutch master cylinder gets is also in the break resovur....If you going to do anything liek that, take the hose out and blow some air into it ....even then you may need to replace the hose.

Is it possible that you installed the wrong slave cylinder? I understand that the Zetec slave cylinder will bolt in, but that the length of stroke is wrong and causes all sorts of problems. You may want to double check the part numbers.
