Never reset the PCM after Sho SHop Y and I recieved power all over the range and also backed on the dyno with 9hp.

Just a Y-pipe with no other changes netted 9hp at the wheels? What were the mods at the time? What happened to torque? Can you post the graph with some comments? Many thanks

No other mods. The dyno was a couple years ago. Don't have it any longer. Just know it neted 9hp. I know the CEGer (acosta/Andrew Costa) that had it prior to me gained 10hp dyno proven on his SVT. Didn't even have to dyno it to know I made power. Best seat of th pants mod you could do. Made a difference the first time I drove with it. This is all old news.

Well, I won't argue that it won't give you power upstairs, but I think this is done at the expense of low and mid range.
Since I do not have actual dyno graphs, I can not be 100% sure. All I know is that I had the SHO-Shop which made the car feel soggy down low and then switched to the MSDS which FELT much better. Personally, I would give up a few HP upstairs for some mid range torque.

I concur with Todd. Best seat of the pants mod I've done. Felt more power all over the place, didn't seem to loose any down low.
I've got my BAT y paired up with a SVT cat-back with Magnaflow resonator.

Oh it gained all over the range. Down low as well. Now on my SHO yes it did lose down low & it made the car ungodly loud because it was catless so I sold it. Not touching the one on the Tour though.

I know I noticed a difference right after I put an optimized y-pipe on my car last weekend, felt more power down low and good power up top
will have a new dyno with it on the 23rd
