i went as a hearse driver last year, and i am doing the same this year.
a guy i work with had an awesome flasher costume last year.
under his trench coat he had on a flesh colored skin tight suit.
attached at his crotch was a large cardboard tube painted flesh color with nutz and a head.
it was attache to strings that were attached to the coat and when he flung the coat open his 'member' sprung up.
it was rather amusing.
