Well first off your sidewall is a little taller than stock sidewall height. This makes your overall diameter larger which will actually make your speedometer read SLOWER than you are actually going.

I wasn't guessing, I know. What I don't know is what mph you should be traveling at 3500rpms with that side tire. You'd have to find someone with that same exact tire diameter. I'd guess it's only about 3mph off.
