Just thought I'd put these cars out there to see if the owners hangout here, but don't post.

First car is a 95-96, light blue with 17" Konig Imagine's (I believe). He lives here in Upland or very close by as I see the car a lot.

Second car is a white 98+, Zetec with ATX, stainless muffler out back. I've only seen the car once, again here in Upland.

Third car is a black (or black appearing) Mystique with an SVT rear bumper and sideskirts, but stock front bumper. This car sported 17" Cobra R style wheels (superior scoundrels). Looked to be lowered as well.

The last is a black SVT on the 210 going eastbound through Glendora today, license plates said "MR GRAU" if I recall correctly.

All four sightings have occured in the last three months, all four sightings have happened when I've been in my Sienna, rather than my SVT.
