This could be anything, to diagnose, check for wear or failure of any rubber bushings. There are a lot so look at all the suspension link points. Also do a shake test, while on a lift or jacked up, grab each part and shake them. Nothing should move other than the outer tie rods rotating back and forth smoothly at the outer joint.
Unbalanced tires would wobble at all speeds. A brake issue would vibrate under braking. Suspension problems usually knock while changing directions or hitting bumbs. This is not 100% but most common.
If you aren't sure, most shops could tell within a few minutes.
