Was awesome to meet some of you guys for the first time: todras, ken, JaTo, Grady, Matt; and great to see you other old-skoolers again: Neil, JV, fst4dr, Bassen! Hopefully y'all can all make it back for PLM '05.

I'll post some photos as soon as I can and will post yours too blake.

Thanks for being such a gracious host Matt! It was an awesome time; well worth 800+ miles of driving. I hope we can come again next year with a motorhome to stay trackside.
I managed to get a phone number from one of the Pirelli girls, so that was a bonus.
Problem is I didn't get an area code....anybody know the code for 867-5309???

Todd, you guys shouldn't have left so early. Steve finally let us (Neil and me, Neil was driving, I was the get-'em-slick-so-they-spin easy guy) have the Coloratty for the unofficial-unorganized PLM burnout contest. I'd say we won, at least in the rental-car category. Also first time ever I saw a Jag S-Type smoke 'em up, ditto for a CTS-V, scooter, and a 50cc minibike.

Golf cart wheelies galore to boot. Just your typical jackassery.

I tried to call Neil, but can't get a hold of him. That [censored] Jeanne went straight through Melbourne, so hopefully everybody is ok and his house is still standing.

Steve got back alright as well, pics to follow I'm sure.

Neil and I made it back...doing about 85 through the hurricane. Both are houses are still standing, however I have no power. Good thing the parents have power.

Nice pics Todd.

Jim, good to hear you made it ok, could have been a lot worse.

Good thing you guys went...it was no fun down here, exciting, perhaps--watching the flashes of blue against the night sky as the power grid went down section by section--but not fun.

House is fine, we got power back this morning. Roofing made it through weathered, but there. They'll probably go on strike during the next storm. Yard's a stinking asphalt mess, layered in about 6 or 7 squares of my neighbor's roofing.

I managed to catch the start and intermittent pieces of the race while flinting about the house preparing for the storm. Pretty easy to pick out the orange canopy out of turn 7!

OH, what fun I had. Met some ole' schoolers (blake) and some how missed JVT and simon and all the ole' fellows. Had a great time meeting all the other fellas'. I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to make it this time next year but if I'm around I'm there!!! And hopefully a little earlier and a little longer...

I have a few good pics. I'm not too sure where I can post them. They are 35 mm so I can send the extras to someone who can post them???
