Do you have large diameter heavy aftermarket alloys or are you using the standard SVT wheels? Checked the tyre pressures etc? Perhaps the track is slightly uphill, and a run on another track would be a good comparision. At least it would rule out track conditions, and you know its either how your launching, or how your car is running.
