Actually, there is a way to do it right. It won't be a good as running it on an inline engine, but you still have to match pulses or it's worse than no balance tube at all. Putting it in a place where it fits might work, might hurt. You have to check it out first with the "Crayola or Krylon" method, or know how to measure exhaust gas pulse lengths with 3 cylinders flowing in the correct firing order at the proper CFM rating and at what RPM, size of collectors, shape of collectors, length of primaries... eek Go to Burns Stainless and try to fill out a collector size report, let alone a balance tube system...
