For the price you mention it is very cheap! I just had this done and they quoted me 300 dollars for labor. You have to drop the subframe and remove the rack.
They may not know what is involved....I'd ask them if they have ever replaced the rack on a Contour before..
My tires wobbled at 5 mph and up. I drove it for 2 weeks before I had it repaired.....did not like waiting that long..... it is dangerous.....
