Spray PB blaster around the threads. Let is sit a while, maybe even a couple coats. Do not get it on plastic or rubber stuff. Tap it every once in a while to help the penetrating oil penetrate. Hit it on the hub between the studs but not in the middle.
When you install you new ones put some lithium or some other hit temp lubricant on the hub.
