i'm not calling you a liar, but exactly how are those 4x4's (or whatever they are) magically staying put? that twine doesn't have the strength (and a human doesn't have enough raw strength to pull it tight enough) to apply enough force to the wood to keep the smaller posts from slding out of the center at that angle. i'm just amazed the stuff didn't slide off!!
only thing I can think of is static friction. maybe the weight of all that lumber was effectively holding it in place. I doubt it, but I really have no idea.
as for the story. I saw this a while back, something about the people were buying supplies to begin building a house, because they were moving. who knows. crazy people do crazy things.
