Actually, 1. is partly correct and in place. If your exhaust is too loud or you have any visible external neon on your car while driving, it's a fineable offense.
Baggy pants have been banned in several places because of the potential for hiding drugs or weapons. It only takes one to ruin it for everyone.
Almost every school has its rules on how to dress. It's called the school code. Read your student orientation guide or whatever they're calling it now. You don't want to follow the rules? Create a petition and get it signed to change it. Rules are rules. You follow them.
I'm sorry, but, not allowing facial piercings is fine by me. The idea of high school is to get into college where you can then go on to find yourself a career. Good luck landing ANY serious job when you've got 10 pounds of metal on your face.
