My neighbor's wife did the same thing. His brand new Dodge pickup was parked about a foot behind her Pathfinder. He was walking between the vehicles when she gunned it, luckily he jumped out of the way. She admitted to not looking back before she went.
The crash woke me up but the language he was yelling at her that morning was hysterical! I was LMAO!
