They are a PITA, just takes air tools or muscle. I used muscle. Make sure you are using decent tools and just turn the crap outta it, try holding the inner tie rod end in place with a vice grip or something. One side was so tight on mine, I put a large wrench on it, then put my tire iron through the other end of the wrench and pulled with both arms. (be careful)
