Have you noticed any increased vibration through the steering wheel at idle? I'm experiencing so much that I think I'll be temporarily removing mine to see if that's the source of the problem. Terry Haines also detailed an alignment procedure that needed to be performed on the subframe if the mount insert was going to be installed. Did you have that done? Unfortunately I didn't and I can't find Terry's post on how to do it.
