If your drivetrain is moving and floping around violently, then what you probably have is a broken motor mount. My car didn't have broken mounts, these were just a modification/upgrade. I don't think your average ford dealer would be too keen on putting them in for you. Its not job you couldn't do yourself with some rhino ramps, a few hand tools, a hydraulic jack, and a torque wrench.
