You should have no problems jacking up a stock SVT, hell mine is even lowered and I have no problems. I use a floor jack. Just take out the inserts and roll the jack underneath the car. Right behind the skirt is a metal seam that has a groove cut into it. Jack it up by that seam. Then put a jack stand on the seam and remove the jack.

Edit: This is one of the only safe ways to do the rear, but you can use the front subframe to get both fronts off the ground at the same time. Just remove the splashguard and there it is. Just make sure to use 2 jackstands....
