It's not our job to stop and figure out why someone wants to kill us. It is, however, our job to kill those who want to kill us. Maybe before we returned Hitler's declaration of war we should have stopped and thought about why he would want to declare war on us. And we should have stopped and thought about what we did wrong that would make the Japanese want to decimate our Navy. We could have let some scholars somewhere do an empirical study on these things. I'm sure they could have had those studies done by the time the Germans got to the Great Plains and the Japanese got to the Rockies.

A whole religion does not want to be terrorists (I'm assuming this, and I have to assume because I haven't heard much denunciation from the rest of this religion).
I don't think you're an idealist, crazy, or unrealistic. But I do think you're hallucinating and dillusional. You're digging yourself deeper and deeper holes in this thread, and it's probably best that you stop now.
