legal in CA, except for that color. is it orange? looks like red. either way, po-po would give you a ticket here cuz your'e not allowed to have ANY redish lights visible from an oncoming vehicle. i found this out waaaay back in my minitruckin days when i had a red neon license plate up front. ps check your state's vehicle code for lights. dont quote me but i believe here in CA you may have neons as long as he tube is not visible, just the glow.  darned keystone cops!
