I think it was an option, could be wrong. mine do, I have a 95 SE with almost every option box checked though. look in the trunk, and right around the top edge of the trunk there should be two black knobs, one on the left and one on the right. pull on em to release the latches that let the seats fold down. this is, of course, only if the rear seats are a 60/40 split. if it's one big piece, they don't fold down.

if you dont have a rear armrest, you dont have folding seats. you can easily swat in 60/40 folding seats though, i did in mine.everythign bolts right up.

has anyone got a how-to in swapping rear seats from non-fold down to fold down? also where would be the best place to get matching fold down seats?

no how-to's from me, but it was just stated that everything bolts up, so just look for the bolts that hold it on at the base of the seats. can't be hard...best place to look? junkyard probably. might be kinda hard to find, you might want to consider reupholstering some if you can find some really cheap ones that just look bad...or even if they look good and just don't match. wouldn't be too expensive if they were just the fold down seats...I'm guessin like a hundred-200 bucks max(don't quote me on that)

some ppl (like me) have installed leather SVT seats and some (unlike me) haven't thrown the old ones away. try it in the classifieds, maybe...
sometimes you can see some on ebay for really cheap, but I guess you don't really wanna pay for shipping so junkyards are your best option
