don't have any. don't regret what happened, learn from it, and take is as an experience you can grow from. tell yourself you'll never make the same mistake again, and move on, trying to keep that statement honest.

it is simple:
1)accept that you made a mistake
2)figure out what led you to that mistake
3)refuse to make that mistake again
4)do not repeat the things that caused the mistake
5)continue living life
6)be strong enough in mind and will to do the five previous things
