10.5 is what I'd expect to pay, but I'd start much lower and work up to that point for a car that's been messed with. Buckshot knows what I'm talking about... We've discovered many things that the prior owner had no clue of the proper way to do a mod, but did it anyway with lazy intensions. Keep the car high on the priority list, but "work" that dealer man!
Most likely the car had an aftermarket exhaust on it at one time and the stocker was just thrown back on hastily. Get it checked out as well as the rest of the car at a non-dealer mechanic. Most of the time they do inspections for free if you promisse to take them some of the work after the purchase.
