Still more drama. We got the police report which shows that the car that hit me pushed me into the car in front of me. Now the witness is saying that is not what happened. She claims that we hit the car in front first, then lady rearended us and pushed us into the car in front again. So now, both insurance companies have to do an investigation. So now, I have to wait 30 days before the lady's insurance will fix the van. I think I will pay my deductable and have my insurance company take her's to court and get my money back plus money for all the inconvenience and stuff. This lady needs to get her butt kicked by Brian's mom. After all, Brian's mom weighs as much as a WRX.

Ouch, just plain harsh. You know my mom. She doesn't weigh as much as a WRX. Now, a Civic maybe, but not a WRX...

I guess when your mom doesn't have 2 guys on her, she loses some weight.

We will give them a chance to agree that they pay us everything they owe us. If they don't, we are planing on calling a lawyer.

Well folks, the plot thickens. My insurance company called me and informed us that they are going to total our van. The damage on it was 9k+. The value of the van was 12K and they said that the damage was just to extensive. So now the search is on for a new vehicle. I am very tempted to get a 98 Mountaineer that I found at Quality in Tooele.

You sould put the stock wheels back on it and sell yours.

The Mountaineer is good, especially since you can buy Saleen parts for it.

Damn, that's one hell of a rear-ending!
Don't get the mountaineer... Get an outback or a Forrester or something. There's much better out there than a Mountaineer!
