How hard would it be to reverse the modifications to the 3L block to go from a hybird to a full 3L?

As simple as porting out the oil feed and return holes and the coolant hole. Or once done they can't be undone?

Tried searching, but my searching skills are not up to snuff. So feel free to flame if it is indeed necessary .
