If you don't send them to Jet-Hot I would highly suggest upgrading to the sterling finish!

no coating...

Thanks for the concern but I am well versed on the headers, dont let the newbie sign fool you.

Would it be possible for a Jet-Hot GB to incorporated so maybe msds could ship them there and then back to us so it would cut shipping costs? What did the Jet coating run?

If you get the Headers with the optional upgraded coating, Marty said that this their process is 98% similar to that of Jet Hot Coating's process. I bought mine in the last group buy and they had just started using this new process. The headers looked awesome, and still do!

Last Jet-Hot GB Jet-Hot Group Buy

Here are the prices from Jet-Hot...Before and After the 30% DISCOUNT:
Headers $179.................($125.30 after discount)
Y-Pipe $15 per foot..........($10.50 after discount)

FYI...Marty doesn't like to ship to Jet-Hot, with all the parts included with the headers (MIL eliminators, gaskets, bolts, etc.) it's too easy to lose something along the way. He will do it but only if paying by check (no credit card), then he will ship after it clears at YOUR own risk. He will not be responsible for any missing parts.

Correct me if I'm wrong . I was lead to beileve that when you bought the msds headers from MSDS they already had all the nuts, bolts, gaskets,MIL eliminatiors and came with a ceramic coating up to 1,500f.

What is the difference between the jet hot coating and the coating that comes on the headers when purchased from MSDS?

assuming that this group buy includes all the nuts bolts, gaskets and mil eliminatiors, please let me know now if I am incorrect ,so for $660 minus the up to $50 off depending on how many people actually buy headers plus the $40 for the silver coating that you say is 98% a good as the jet hot coating .it looks like i'm only saving $10

I am in no way trying to knock this group buy , Just trying to understand why the headers don't include the ceramic coating like the ones from according to MSDS website already have ?

Not a good point whatsoever if you can read....

Some info that he did send me:

Quote:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Racer net prices: $660.00 includes standard ceramic---GB price will be reduced from this price. Add Xtreme metallic ceramic coat (sterling silver) +$40.00
Add FedEx ground fr/ins +$28.00
Add HO811 vortec S/C option +$50.00
Delete Y-Pipe- $40.00
Delete standard ceramic coat -$40.00
We will finalize the price and send off the form shortly. You can copy the form and distribute it to your group.
Thx. Marty msdsinc.

The headers COME with the standard ceramic coating, you have the option to keep it or delete it for -$40. You also have the option of "upgrading" the coating (which would be better looking and a little more efficient I assume, or should I say I hope). I would keep my stock optimized y pipe if I were getting these also. Too bad i'm in CA and smog laws are 10X.

On a side note, maybe if people kike this can't add and subtract properly, you should throw in a special "handling fee", they will never notice....
