My insurance is $400+ a year and I had it lowered in some areas of coverage. I don't want my house appraised anytime soon. With 2 rooms completely gutted,piles of wood,drywall,and ceiling tiles everywhere it looks like a construction zone
I started roughing in the cans for the rooms and the hallway. I gots to get soem boxes for the switches and outlets and I have some framing work to do in both rooms before I can wire it. Blow in insulation sucks
