scroll down to the house that is yellow for 88,000 and of course I didn't pay that much either. They don't show any of the bathrooms in the pics or the bedrooms because 2 of the bedrooms need drywall, carpet, trim, etc...
It is ready for me to move in! It is on the left side of the road just as you drive into fox lake from BD on hwy 33.
my offer is accepted and financing is all set up now I just have to wait for the USDA inspection and put some drywall up b-4 I move in sometime in november....

That house is actually right next door to the house I grew up in!  I never did see the inside but it looks pretty good. Fox Lake isn't too bad of a place to live. We actually looked at a house in Fox Lake before we decided on one in BD. I guess you can have a meet soon! I'm trying to get my hands on a 95/96 SE w/5spd/V6/leather but I'm still looking. I just actually lost an auction on ebay by a hundred dollars so it's back to square one........

So Joe let me hear this again you have an accepted opffer and you already ripped out plaster????? WTF In your first post you say you already did demo,but you haven't had the house inspected yet  Dude I'm hearing what your saying correctly!!!!???????? Thats not good yo if so.

correction.... the plaster was already taken out by previous owner, I am putting in insulation and drywall in the 2 rooms that are not finished and the inspection is monday or tuesday - better?

So you are doing this AFTER inspection? If so that would be good. If you are doing stuff to the house before inspection and closing that is not good,but I'm sure you already know that

inspection is first and then I make the repairs to get the USDA rural loan. They have strict guide lines and all repairs need to be done b-4 closing at my expence so I negotiated all of that already in my offer kuz I know what all needs to be done.

I see....at least you where able to negiotate your house. Most places I looked at had offers or you where in a bidding battle  Well i hauled a load of concrete and brick outta there this weekend and I just hauled the 1st load of probably 5 from there to my dads. My back is hella sore from all the shoveling
