My house is only 1100 sq ft!!!! And it had an addition put on 50+ yeras ago that really fuggin sux. I'm actually thinking about knocking it all down and just doing it over or leaving the house smaller.
Talked to the old neighbor...cool cat for sure. Got some insight on my house and some of the previous owners.
Unfortanately there was at least one jackass that owned the house. And lucky me I'm pulling out all the crap he put up. 40+ years ago
