Well onto remodeling...more like demolition. My dada helpes me again yesterday and today. We only spent about 6 hours combined the 2 days at the house and we have got about 4 good truck loads of old,musty,rotting wood out of the basement,garage and house. It made a huge difference in the basement. That stage of demo is about half done. The upstairs is getting there I still have more carpeting to remove. The garage is also almost empty. if the damn old homeowners would have took everything I wouldn't have had so much crap to remove
But whatever time will tell
OH and yes a mortgage is good debt...its an investment
