Congrats Tony! Soooo, u live closer to me huh? hehe, to bad your not within spud gun distance otherwise you would hear from me more often than you would like to! I too am going through the home buying/building faze... I have a discount of 10% on any home I build through the company I work for, and me doing most of the subcontracting for myself will save me another good 10-15%.
