It's not super ugly, but when you know what it's supposed to look like, it is ugly.

Only thing I see is that the plastic isnt covering the headlights, though it looks like with the repli-car that there is a place for it and that it hasnt been made or put in yet... As for all of these differences, please point them out to me, as I guess I don't have your knowledge of ferrari F-50s

Pretty damn good if you ask me. But you're right, the headlights are wrong.
But the everyday person walking down the street isnt going notice things like that.
Not to mention the females....
