1&2 I wonder what they mean... ford calls them "tie rod" and "tie rod end". less than 1/2 of what they quoted though... 
3. $168 each is a rip off. do u have 2- or 4-bolt? but rip off anyway
4. that's part of the A-arm, so... duh... unless #3 is left CA. driver side is a little more expensive than left, but a ripoff nonetheless...
I would seek second opinion.
