So you are taking the V6 out of the wrecked 95 Myst auto and dropping it into the 95 tour manual. Well you need the PCM and harness that goes with the V6 and that would include wiring and programming for the ATX. It will work but like LI-SVT said, you will have issues, like codes for open ATX circuits. The other thing is you will need a V6 manual flywheel. You will also need to check with some MTX owners to see if the input shafts and bell housings are the same. I don�t know if the 4 and 6 share the same bolt pattern or input shaft dimensions.
This is not something I would consider doing even for fun on a contour.
