Does anyone know what the wires going to the automatic transmission from the engine wire harness on a 95 Mystique V6 correspond to?
If that doesn't make sense maybe why I am asking will. I wrecked my 95 Mercury Mystique with a V6 2.5L ATX and picked up a cheap 95 Ford Contour 4cyl MTX to replace it. I decided I wanted to put the V6 into the Ford Contour, the only place I am hung up right now is the wire harness not mating up to the transmission I just bought for the car. I need to know how to alter the wire harness so that I can connect it to my new V6 MTX that I bought, I am sure this is possible, I just can't find the information from my manuals I have here. Can anyone help?
