I love my ipod!!!  THough my firewire port got screwed up, and it went in the opposite way, fried my ipod circuits, still charges and plays songs, cant change them though.... need a circuit board for the 1st generation 5gb ipod....

my friend has a dell dj and likes it so much, the thing as a whole looks better. different buttons in diff areas so it can't get messed up ionno i like the dj better then the ipod

i have had my ipod since june...it is the best purchase this year, period. apple has got their crap together.

3G iPod 10GB here ... bought for $69 (after student discount and promo rebate with PowerBook) in August 2003
just got the accessory cable to hook it up via RCA to my Alpine head unit ... been using it nonstop the past couple days!

I'm no Apple fan, but the iPod rocks.
Might be some better choices out there now, but I've got no regrets.

Iv got an iPod Mini! Got it like 3 weeks ago from mu uncle. it rocks so much! Just ordered the hook up for my car so i can listen to it in the car. already downloaded 473 songs!

hook up? i have my ipod connected to the lighter and it sends out a signal to the radio wirelessly. so if you are within 20 feet of my car and tuned to 89.7 you can listen to my tunes.

There are so many other better players than an ipod. Friend of mine has one... Personally I think its horrible compared to other brands. But to be fair, Anything mac has been horrible. And most likely always will be.

Have the Ipods gotten that pesky, 1 year life battery that costs more than the new Ipod, thing worked out???
