That doesn't stop people from driving while talking on thier cell phones though. I have no problem backing out of a spot sandwiched between two farm trucks. If the drivers cars in the lanes are paying any sort of attention they will stop and let me out.
People have enough trouble with handicapped spots, do you think people with SUVs are going to drive past an empty spot near the front door of the shopping center because it's in the "not for trucks" section?
