Brad, The backside header I can see pretty easily ,how to gut it. I'll use an impact gun or hammer and chisle. How do you get the front one. That big bend at the bottom has to be rough working around, if its possible. Do you see any preformance gains and does the sound level change much. Thanks
Pete, Matt's gonna give me his. Thanks Anyway!

-Andy I drill about a 5/8" hole in the bottom of the bend and use a hammer drill with a 12" long bit. When I'm done, I weld up the hole. If you do drill a hole, you need to make sure you still get out all of the packing material and thesteel wool type stuff as well. While breaking the cat material out, I taped an operating shop vac hose onto the end of the output side of the manifold to keep dust down and ease the process a bit. Good luck if you go for it.

Andy, are you going to do this yourself or do you have a shop in the MD/VA area that will pull & replace the manifolds?? I'm contemplating this as well.

Well, My dad owns a shop in Upper Marlboro. Matt M. and Pete have both offered theirs up. I'll give them mine when I swap them out. Matt M and I did Pete's MSDS headers. I'll probably do it with Matt's and install them when I have 5 hours to burn.
