Car stalled when I backing out of my drive way,found the ignition fuse blown,replaced it,blown again as soon as I cranked the enigne,where to found the problem? Thank you for any help.

BTW the car is 95 Durtec 5 speed

The first thing to do is an inspection of the wiring harness, especially under the battery box. The older tours have a lot of issues with bad wiring.

I will check the that this morning,the wiring along the fender look rock soild though.I think I had seem a post with pictures about bad wiring harness, can someone post a link for me.
Also I need more information on recall of wiring harness to desie to tow the car to dealer or some where else, is 95 v6 under this recall? 10years/100k miles? is my problem most likely due to shorted wire?
