I am still wondering if you have actually done any calculations to size parts and get some sort of estimate of what size turbo you need (not what you can get) how much fuel, how large of an intercooler. Do you have any idea what your temps will be like, on intake, exhaust, etc. ? Or are you just picking parts from other cars that "sound about right"?
Have you thought about what the excessive heat next to the tranny and oil pan may do to the tranny fluid? the engine oil? what about heat into the floor pan? fuel lines? simply assuming some thermal wrap will solve all your problems is niave at best. Have these "SVT registered Ford techs" ever fabricated a turbo system for a non-turbo car before?
Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to discourage you. I am just trying to make sure you don't just throw something together that doesn't work right, or takes forever to get working, cuz then you will be all pissed about it, etc. and spend way too much money buying parts twice or three times.
