Since the aftermarket is limited in the forced induction arena, people with cash need to step up to the plate. People with the brains also need to step up to the plate. If the cost per HP doesn't fit your needs for bolts-ons and you don't feel like upgrading your car from stock, fine, but don't put others down for speculation on the web of what they wish to accomplish with their cars. I and several others have tried things that have both succeeded and failed, in secret, due in part because of the naysaying that goes on here and any BB.
That being said, SVTKris, read some turbocharging books if you haven't. Being an informed customer will make it cheaper and easier for you to turbo your car. Get all of the info you can about local shops willing and able to help you do the work. God help you if you get it done and don't dyno the thing before reporting back to the boards...
