All of the info that was in that guide can be found in the free eBook from
here. The guy that gave us the guide before simply took the info from that book and put it in a different format. We did not have the rights to distribute the book in that form, and once it dawned on us what he had done we removed it. Anyone still distributing it that way is doing so against the author's wishes.
