Ok, after replacing all O2 sensors, IAC valve, and PCV valve, I still have a bad idle problem. Sometimes it works fine, and other times the idle will fall down to 400rpms or even stall out. This happens when i put the car in neutral to slow down and stop, or when I come to a complete stop. I have a cel right now, P0455 Leak or Blockage Detected in Evaporative Emission Control System. Can't seem to find whats causing it. Replaced the gas cap, but that didn't do anything. Still came up. By the way, I had three cels before, all for 02 sensors. When replacing them, I also replaced the pcv valve, and now the O2 sensor cels are gone, and this new one is here. I already asked about this cel code and what to check for and someone listed this entire thing on what the emissions control system is, but no suggestions on what to fix or replace. Could the brand new PCV valve be bad? Please help me get this fixed, because I've been having this problem for over a month now with no fix, even after a mechanic raped me.

I don't see where you mention throttle position sensor. Check thru the previous posts and you will find some info on the subject. I am not an expert, just passing along what has been given.....Steve

What type of PCV Valve did you use?

IIRC, our cars are very sensative and people here recommend that you use only Motorcraft PCV Valve.

My 99 SVT does the same thing sometimes when I throw it in neutral, or like you said stop, and im gonna replace the Throttle Position Sensor, and the IAC valve anyways.

Failure is simply the opportunity to begin again, this time more intelligently.
