No, but you're hiding in your own thread saying the same things.

BTW, before you get bent out of shape again, I only stated twice that I did not see the huge deal about your charcoal colored CSVT. Once after the initial pictures that Todd posted, and once again after you posted the "better" pictures, stating yourself that:

So there's better pictures now. Ok, I still don't think it's that huge a deal. Even the first time, I gave you better credentials than you're giving me by saying:

Do we have a problem here? No.

Not until you come back swinging with "I have a deal about your color." Hell man, it's your car and you're free to do whatever you please with it.

And on the flip side, it's MY freedom to decide whether or not I like it. You don't seem to want to accept that posting a picture or three does not necessarily mean that everyone is going to agree with what you did, no matter the work/time you put into it.

Again, I applaud you for going out of the way to try something new. I don't however, feel it necessary that you have to 'return the favor', saying I'm the bad guy, and by pointing out my mishap thread and further laughing about it. An accident is no laughing matter and I don't appreciate you stating any sort of humor about karma or otherwise, just as I'm sure you were less than pleased to see that I am not a huge fan of something you put a lot of work into.

Lastly, I could care less if your paintjob cost as much as my ZX2. That means nothing to me, and I'm not out to make myself feel better by comparing the cost of your paint to the cost of my entire vehicle. Consider this: I'm in college and can barely scrap enough money to afford the vehicle I have. I'm sure you're in a better situation. You obviously must be with the way your car looks.

Now for the third time, I ask that you please let this argument die. If FCO is so much better than CEG, then feel free to go back to your own little hole in the Internet. I'd not mind a bit.

I like it. Darker colors on the SVT were always good for me. I will say though that with that color, those wheels are not right. Chrome Focus SVT wheels would look really nice.

Personally I would have painted the rear reflector and Hightowered/removed the reflector from the headlights as well. Needs a Bullet fuel door now

Overall, looks good

Dom thats a nice quality paintjob, it's too bad you beat me to that colour oh well I guess I will have to come up with another colour to paint my car. I think some deepdish wheels would look killer on your ride anyways keep up the good work and when/if my car is ready in the springtime I just might have to take a roadtrip to check the car out in person and meet some fellow CEG members .

The wheels are still on the table - The 18" Focus RS wheels are looking awfully tempting now...

The Bullitt fuel door is still to be installed, hence why the fuel door is missing. Finding the time to run 2 departments at work, and personal life takes all my time anymore. I just have to remove the inner baffle and modify it to accept mounting the door.

It's not finished yet... However - It will be ready next weekend. We are getting a meet together for October, and whomever wants to come down and judge it "in person" is more than welcome to look it all over (every edge, and every detail) and give me their opinion. Then, by all means I would have nothing to say. I'll let my work speak for itself. What better way is there? For those who have met me, I don't think they believe the way "some" of you portray me to be. I'm an enthusiast - Hell, why would I spend 4G on paint? For the writeoff?...lol If you share the passion, you love it... If you don't - Well, I think that's been shown already.

EDIT: Figure I'd not add flame to the fire

The paintjob looks great though.

Big deal??? Are you serious? How many top-quality color changes have you seen on a SVTC?

Seemed to me all he ever wanted was your suggestion for what would be better.

Don't turn this into a FCO v. CEG thing; this is nothing more than a guy defending his superbly prepared SVTC to a punkassshitforbrains.
