a good muffler shop should do it for you.
but if you really want it to be "OEM" go find a wrecked SVT, and cut the one off.

just go to a good muffler shop when your Borla comes in, and have them put it in.
Or, you could save a bunch of money, tune the sound and appearance to your personal taste, and prolly get more performance out of a custom done true-dual
