OP tommythee Newbie T Joined: Aug 2003 Posts: 2	Started my Contour but could not get shift lever out of park. Haynes book says you can put a pen into the aperture on the left side of the console. Push the locking lever rearwards to allow the lever to be moved ?? (is this in english) Is the selector lever release solenoid bad ?? Where is it and what does it look like ?? My Contour is spending the night in a WalMart parking lot. 96 contour 4 cylinder Zetec Automatic tranny
