Yup, just received my order yesterday from the UPS guy.
I've spoken with Bill, Steve, and this other guy Tim. All three are nice and patient guys to work with and you should definitely mention that CEG sent you. Tim handled my last order and he sent the final charge and tracking number to me the moment the package went on the truck.
The web site gives prices and images/diagrams, which is nice if you're not sure what a particular part is called. However, the web site does not give inventory at Signature LM. I think it's best to use the web site to get the specific part numbers, then give them a call where they can check inventory/availability over the phone. They have a toll-free number which isn't on the web site, but I don't have it on me right now...
