OP rudolfo New CEG\'er R Joined: Sep 2004 Posts: 13 Ontario, Canada	I just bought a '99 Mystique , with 84K on it. It is equipped with a I4 2.0 engine & auto tranny. I found that the gas mileage is not good, I got 9 liter per 100KM on the highway and around 11 for local. is this normal , or I need to do a tune up? thanks

I average about 10L/100km if I am doing solely city. Highway is far far better though. First things to check on would be the basics. Air filter, gas filter, and certianly the spark plugs. Green 96 mystique gs 4cyl mtx 16.9 in the 1/4 mile @102500 miles 95SE in Midnight Red MTX MSDS headers and y-pipe SVT exhaust SVT UIM Optimized se TB. Full pre 98 SVT body kit 15.741 @ 87.73mph :)
