uh...bush. i've never seen or heard him own up to the issue of preferential treatment in getting into the national guard.

lol. first he bogarted his way into the nat guard, then was reprimanded by his commanding officer for half-assing it, and then stripped of his flying privledges. he may have technically met his obligation but that's not a record i'd be proud of when mentioning military service.

again i was talking about this before dan rather started yapping his flaps. and who cares about that guy, he's not in the running for president. it's fine by me if you kill the messenger in this case, but the message is still there. and now that we have someone who's in the know that comes forward and verifies the accuracy of the story some people still try to brush it off as it's nothing.

either way it looks to me like bush is starting to lose ground at brisk pace and the race is getting much closer as more of his past starts to come out of the closet, his handling of the iraq war continues to bear sh!tty results, and the situation in iraq continues to worsen with a less than flattering outlook.

these discussions might be fun for us, but the bush admin is hemorrhaging right now and i don't see any positive news for him on the horizon. especially with the new weapons report due out soon... btw it's funny how they keep sending inspector after inspector out there to re-evaluate the previous results and they always come back with the same thing....there were no stockpiles to begin with! lol!
